Seiko 3923-502A-- V.F.A.-- (Daini Factory)  November 1973.   13 Jewels Adjusted for temperature.   Electromagnetic Escapement using a 60 tooth escapement wheel. ( Non-step motor )   with flashing light.   :)   The  two batteries are not easy to change    :mad:

Here's mine.  It's got the angled crystal with white quartz lettering on top.

Seiko 3923-5010:

These were very expensive when the first came out.  Unique rectangular case, odd faceted crystal, twin batteries but very robust build quality...a unique watch for the time.

Got a blue one coming in.
