As you may have read in the eBay 'Crazy Prices' thread, member 'Moonphase' left me with no option but to ban him from this forum:

Forum member 'Moonphase' (a.k.a. KineticsInc2012 on eBay) has been banned (for his insulting manner). He was warned.

His last four posts in this thread (3 of which included the sarcastic phrase 'The Exalted One', alluding to myself) have been deleted.

I probably should have banned him from Day #1 (or at least when I first realized who he actually was, back in November last year):

http://www.seiko7a38.com/apps/forums/topics/show/7166047-the-craziest-ebay-yahoo-japan-7axx-prices-to-date-?page=6

He has since gone 'on the offensive' in the only manner he appears capable of ....

by editing his current eBay listing for his grossly over-priced 7A38-7140 ad nauseam (10 13 times today, at the time of writing):

http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItemRevisionDetails&_trksid=p2047675.l2569&rt=nc&item=321090329501

For the benefit of those who didn't witness his childish online onslaught, here's a full unexpurgated copy and paste of it ....

.... or at least the parts of it that I personally managed to capture in a few screen dumps. It was something of a 'moving target'.

Phone or text me now for an immediate deal: 07818 663891 (Paul) - shades of desperation !

A quick note to the 'by the numbers forum members' your Leader Paul! The egotistical megalomaniac fake Ferrari driver has taken it upon himself to criticize my eBay listings and pricing through his forum. He has banned me from defending myself on the site, removing my comments!

Forum member 'Moonphase' (a.k.a. KineticsInc2012 on eBay) has been banned (for his insulting manner). He was warned.

'Note the Hitler style emoticon! He also buys a lot of fascist literature!!!'

For the record: Paul 'the prat' tried to sell on eBay once upon a time but he did not like the platform!

In fact he hated it so much that none of you are allowed to sell on here! You can buy... as long as HE sets the price!

You have to buy it all for nothing!!!!! There is an Ulterior motive to his actions you see! Not so long ago we used to be able to buy 7AXX parts from 'Cousins material house'... not any more.. The 'Exalted One' bought the entire stock!!!!!!!

Yes Paul I kept all our e-mails!

Also he has this immense New Old Stock Collection!!!!

If it's not Like his 'New Old Stock' then he classes everyone else's stock as "Well used"

Does this watch look "Well used" I ask you...

He wants to control it all you see! he wants it all to Swan under his nose on his forum!

The next time he's poncing around on one of his parade laps (In His FAKE FERRARI) he may see a very angry Welshman with a brake problem (classic Peugeot 205 with Mi16 turbo) ploughing into the side of his FAKE FERRARI!

More than enough power to wreck his twerpy Kit-car! He's got Small c#ck syndrome it has to be!!! Hitler only had one bollock!!

I used to race real motorcycles around those circuits, I know Castle Combe well!!

It's typical of a Fake Kit Car owner to hide behind a keyboard, on his own forum no less... You are a COWARD Paul. S!

7A38 Forum members wishing to purchase any of my stock please contact me, the prices are inflated because of the overheads, the fact is they sell for A LOT less!

You are missing out on good stock by listening to that idiot! How you can all be part of that Shysters incessant drivel is beyond me!!

You do not see other forum site owners acting the way he does!! SHAME ON YOU!

I shall see the 'Exalted One' on the track one day! so watch this space people, he's messing with a real Classic Motorcycle racer now! Not some Poor deluded Italian...!!

The latest part of his rant, which you'll find at the bottom his listing: http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/321090329501 reads as follows:

CHECK THIS OUT!!

He's just sent a Virus to my private e-mail address!!!! 17/03/2013 @ 15:46 pm

And now the Phone calls!! 17/03/2013 @ 16:20 & 16:27 * Please man Grow up!

Paul I'm just trying to make a living! Remember... It was you that threw the first stone!

I would like to state that almost all of what he has written there - and specifically the above is categorically untrue

I think he has well and truly lost the plot !!

*PS - I forgot to add this earlier. The truth is that I declined his offer to chat on the phone. Note the time:

Needless to say, he's still 'all over' the forum, trying to find a way back in - especially this morning, re-doubling his pathetic efforts.

The offensive comments have now been removed from Kineticinc2012's 7A38-7140 eBay listing. It took me 3 hours, but they're gone.

Now it is MY turn to go on the offensive.  Gentlemen, I would like to enlist your help in getting his listing pulled completely.

He still has his contact information (wife's email address and his mobile phone number) included in the eBay description.

This is so he can hopefully circumvent eBay fees and arrange a deal outside eBay, which is against eBay regulations.

Please join me in reporting his listing (as many times as you like) until it is pulled.

In case you don't know how to do this, see below:

http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/321090329501

Click on the Report Item link (bottom right). Here is a shortcut for UK users:

http://ocs.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ReportItemMember&items=321090329501&seller=kineticsinc2012&active=1&state=1

From the 3 pull-down menus in turn, select the following:

.... and KEEP ON re-sending it until they act on it.

Thank you, in anticipation of your support, Gentlemen.

Watch out - there's an 'Exalted One' about.

Latest revision (18th or so) of his 7A38-7140 listing description has this at the foot:

Watch out for 'The Exalted One' in my future 7AXX listings!

Incidentally, just to show that Kinerticsinc2012's eBay chicanery and ridiculously over-optimistic pricing is nothing new ....

Here's a thread on the RLT forum, started by Bruce '7A28lvr' - not myself, I hasten to add, back in July 2011:

http://www.thewatchforum.co.uk/index.php?showtopic=67615

In his first post, Bruce refers to the seller as 'seiko-kinetics-inc'. They are one and the same person:

http://contact.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ReturnUserIdHistory&requested=kineticsinc2012

Must be due for another change of eBay ID any day soon. Perhaps to 'The Optimistic One'.

I may still have been going through my pre-7A38 renaissance BreitBling phase, at the time this one was taken in June 2008, Simon.

This afternoon, the original 7A38-7140 photo was re-instated at the top of his listing and this larger version was added at the bottom:

You gotta laugh Paul! I'm absolutely in stitches, so are a few of your mates!

Yes oh 'Deeply Deluded One', but who are they laughing at ? :P

Not only is the Welsh w*nk*r totally misinformed about a good number of things, but the useless tw*t couldn’t even manage to get hold of the right toy Ferrari P4 for his silly picture. Which seems odd, because Mattel Hot Wheels made literally tens of thousands of them back in 2002 (First Editions #025 Ferrari P4 13/42). Guess what full size car it was based on ? A real Ferrari P4. Erm, I don’t think so. I’ve still got a couple of cases of ‘freebees’, if anybody wants one.

Still laughing Boyo ? :/ Let the games begin. http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/230951034503

Low starting bid. No ridiculous pie-in-the-sky Buy-it-Now asking price here !!!

Watch Out ! There’s a Kinetic Stink about – and it’s SO last year !!!

In case that's lost on anybody - Kineticsinc2012. ;)

This is SO funny !!  Even if it is slightly given the context.

Guess who the current high bidder on my 7A38-7140 eBay listing is ??

Yup - Mad Martina martinachertok of over-priced 7A38 manic-re-listing fame: www.seiko7a38.com/apps/forums/topics/show/8705980

Oh the irony. Perhaps I should do a spoof listing for my stainless 7A38-7000 next.

Kineticsinc2012 has just removed his silly picture (and message to me) from the bottom of his eBay listing for his 7A38-7140.

He has replaced it with this:

Any questions regarding this listing are positively encouraged:-

paula.bento@ntlworld.com or mobile: 07818 663891 Paul.

Once again, he is in breach of eBay regulations. Please join me in reporting his listing until it is pulled (or modified).

With regard to this part of the bullsh!t spouted in kineticinc2012's earler eBay listing rant:

7A38 Forum members wishing to purchase any of my stock please contact me, the prices are inflated because of the overheads, the fact is they sell for A LOT less!

Ahem ! (This was not sent to me, but forwarded). :D

But a lot less than a f*cking stupid price to start with, is still MORE THAN DOUBLE what my 7A38-7140 has been legitimately bid to !!

Incidentally, I noticed Kineticsinc2012 revised his eBay listing again yesterday (for the umpteenth time). Seems he has a new mobile #.

Any questions regarding this listing are positively encouraged:-

E-mail me on: paula.bento@ntlworld.com or text/ring me: 0781 551 0044 (Paul)

Once again he's in blatant breach of eBay regulations.  Feel free to keep reporting the listing. I will.
